Bridal Trial

The trial fee is built into the Brides Hair & make up rate. A Trial is recommended for the Bride 6 to 8 weeks prior to the Wedding day to ensure that you achieve the desired look for your big day. A full make up application and your requested hair style or up do will be completed. Minor adjustments to the hairstyle and make up can be made until you are satisfied with your look. Allow up to one hour per requested service. If more than one look is requested additional fees may apply. Trials are done in studio Monday though Thursday days/evenings. Friday, Saturday, & Sunday are our busiest days therefore we do not book trials on these days unless special accommodation is necessary. Bring along any inspirational wedding day hairstyle & make up images. Please bring any hair accessories (headpiece, flowers, combs, hair extensions). You should arrive without make up & hair should be completely dry.

Deposit

A Non-Refundable deposit is due upon booking. The deposit will go toward your final balance for services. The deposit reserves and secures your wedding date with Bombshell Brides.

Wedding day reassurance

The stylist/make-up artist that does your trial will also be the stylist/make-up artist that provides services on your wedding day. In the event of an emergency situation or schedule change another team member will arrive to fulfill all service obligations for yourself and your Bridal party. We will do whatever is necessary to have yourself and your party completed at the agreed upon time.

Timing

The allotted amount of time is 30 minutes per person per service with the exception of the Bride which could take a little longer depending on the desired look. If any member of your Bridal party has longer thicker hair this may require additional time. It is our mission and goal to assure that things stay on schedule and for things to run smoothly on the wedding day. Please keep in mind we do weddings every weekend so in order to have your party completed on time it is imperative that we have enough time scheduled and that yourself and your party are ready to start at the recommended start time. The recommended scheduled complete time is generally two hours before your ceremony.

Payment

All Payment is accepted in cash or check only on the wedding day. Bridal party can pay separately it is recommended that Bride collects and has payment ready since things can get hectic. Bride is responsible for total balance and to make sure that Bombshell Brides has payment in full. All checks made payable to Bombshell Brides. Any and all parking and or turnpike fees will paid by the Bride.

Lateness

If we are unable to start your wedding day services at the agreed upon start time due to lateness of Bride or any member of the Bridal party may result in lost or shortened services. Bombshell Brides has a well-deserved reputation for quality customer service however faced with last minutes scheduling changes or lateness can affect and slow delivery and services.
